Automatic gluing machine SG2005S
The automatic machine mod. SG2005S allows the gluing of the mosaic on kraft paper and fiberglass mesh. Through the electrical panel it is possible to make the main adjustments, such as length and positioning of paper and fiber, and it is possible to adjust the amount of glue present on the dosing roller without having to stop production as happens in many circumstances.
The SG2005S automatic gluing machine is equipped with a special duct that eliminates any glue leaks during the gluing cycle, and has been specifically designed to make cleaning the gluing unit at the end of the cycle extremely simple and quick.
SG2005S achieves maximum results when combined with the rapid dryer model BB8, which, thanks to an air flow perpendicular to the line, integrated by the “step-by-step” function of the conveyor, allows for rapid drying of the product.
The effective thermal insulation, the integrated thermoregulator and the air recycling allow a significant reduction in electricity consumption and enable the dryer to reach a temperature of 60° C in just 5 minutes.
The step-by-step function of the conveyor under the dryer extends the drying time of the product under the dryer.
